The Pre-Menopause, Menopause and Post-Menopause mark a special and important transition in a woman's life. It is a journey of transformation in which we, women, give birth to our maturity and our own light, it is the opening of the portal of wisdom. I have created a special 9-month Natural Gynaecology follow-up for this moment, with quarterly sessions, where you will have the opportunity to understand the root causes of your symptoms and for which you will have the help of natural treatments. The treatments/practices are natural, with a variety of herbs, from herbal teas to uterine vaporisations, among many others, which will help you with: - Relief from hot flushes, insomnia and night sweats; - Improved mood and emotional well-being; - Improving vaginal health (elasticity, dryness); - Improved libido; - Among others. Includes: - Quarterly sessions (totalling four); - Quarterly personalised protocols; - Full follow-up during these 9 months; - The herbs needed for one of the practices every 3 months. This accompaniment with me does not replace the Traditional Gynaecology consultation and can be done in parallel.
