The website is owned and operated by Filipa Ferreira da Silva and Koa 'n Siya (hereinafter referred to as "Koa 'n Siya"), individual businesswoman with Taxpayer Number 251 976 645 and with tax address at Rua da Bela Vista n 1, 2560- 232, Paul - Torres Vedras.

These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale, including registration, of Koa 'n Siya products through the website .

The use of the website and the purchase of Koa 'n Siya products presupposes the User's knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

We inform you that we do not have a Physical Store, but the space where we manufacture our products, so it will not be open to the public.

Acceptance and amendment of terms of use

Koa 'n Siya reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time in our sole discretion. Therefore, the User must periodically review these pages. Whenever we materially change the Terms, the User will be notified. Your continued use of the website or our service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If the User does not agree with any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.


Website Access

The website  it is intended for the private use of users only.

In the event that users find on other sites links that allow them to access the site, we inform you that Koa 'n Siya is not responsible for such reference, nor for the contents contained in said sites.

Property rights  intellectual

The Service and all materials contained or transferred therein, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual property related to them are the exclusive property of Filipa Ferreira da Silva and Koa 'n Siya. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed a license in or under such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works.

The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of the website for purposes other than strictly private use is prohibited, except with the prior written consent of Koa 'n Siya.

Obligations of customers and users

The Customer and the User must comply with these General Conditions, committing to comply, among others, with the following obligations:

  • Not to introduce, store or disseminate, through the Website, defamatory, obscene, injurious, misleading, xenophobic and/or any other content that violates the general principles of law, the right to privacy or the intellectual or industrial property of third parties and the order public, as well, that may be harmful to third parties, Filipa Ferreira da Silva or Koa 'n Siya;

  • Keep, and not disclose, your password to enter the site in order to prevent third parties from accessing your account in; 

  • Do not use false identities;

  • Providing correct personal data and addresses so that Koa 'n Siya can properly process orders;

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to participate in these services.

Customer and User agree to indemnify and hold Filipa Ferreira da Silva and Koa 'n Siya harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees) made against them by any third party due to, or arising from of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in our sole and exclusive determination, You violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. The User may discontinue use and request the cancellation of their account and/or any service at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will only be discontinued after the expiration of the respective period for which the User has already made payment.

Newsletter and promotional messages

The User agrees to receive promotional messages and materials from time to time by post, email or any other contact form that the User may provide to us (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If the User does not wish to receive such promotional materials or notices, simply notify us at any time.

Treatment and security of personal data

The use of the website does not necessarily imply the provision of personal data. However, if you wish to request clarification requests, suggestions or place orders in the online store, you must provide us with some data, including your name, email address, telephone number and address, which will be treated as defined in the Policy. Privacy Policy, available on the website.


Products and availability

At any time Koa 'n Siya can add or remove products or product families. 

The images of the products presented are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. 

The processing of the order assumes that the Customer has become aware of and accepts the General Terms and Conditions of the Site.

All promotional campaigns have a limited stock.


When purchasing an item, Customer agrees that: (i) is responsible for reading the complete listing of the item before committing to purchase it: (ii) accepts a legally binding contract to purchase an item when committing to purchase one item and completes the checkout payment process. 
The sales prices indicated on the website are in Euros with VAT at the current rate. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the products selected and their weights.

Koa 'n Siya declines all responsibility in case of error or inaccuracy in the conversion system used, or any difference that may arise between the estimated total value of the order and the invoice amount in euros in case of purchase for the Union European Union or outside it (if applicable).

Koa 'n Siya reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it tries to apply the rates in force that were indicated on the website at the time the customer places the order.

We inform you that, if the indicated price is incorrect and is manifestly derisory, regardless of its cause (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even if it has already been confirmed and paid.


All services are booked at least 48h in advance.

Services are online or in person.

The User agrees to pay for the service in advance when it is booked. The User also agrees, that cancellations or re-schedules must be done up to 24h prior de appointment, otherwise the amount paid is non-refundable.


Payment methods and security

Koa 'n Siya accepts the following payment methods:

  • Debit and credit card

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

The server will be in encrypted mode and all information transmitted will be encrypted and no information will circulate freely on the internet.



Products purchased on the Site are delivered to Mainland Portugal, Islands, Europe and the Rest of the World and are sent by CTT by registered mail.

For orders to Portugal, the deadline is between 2 and 5 working days after the online payment or sending the proof. For orders to Europe, the deadline is 10 working days after payment. Orders outside Europe may take longer than 10 working days after payment, depending on destination. 

Koa 'n Siya may take up to 5 business days to ship orders if products are not in stock. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Customer must send the proof to  with the order number to start processing the order.

Orders to Mainland Portugal by registered mail usually arrive within one business day after dispatch.

Orders to Portugal Islands by registered mail usually arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.  

Orders for Europe, the deadline is 10 working days after payment.

Orders outside Europe may take longer than 10 working days after payment, depending on destination.

If the order is not received within the indicated deadlines, an investigation will be carried out with CTT, which may take a few days. The Customer must contact the brand and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order will have to be verified and confirmed.



Exchanges and returns

The customer will have 24 hours after receiving the order to complain by phone or email any anomaly with the same. Koa 'n Siya is not responsible for any problems arising from transport. Koa 'n Siya will be obliged to refuse any request for a refund or replacement (right of withdrawal) for products that have external defects and your claim has not been made within 24 hours. The right of withdrawal remains valid for cases of technical problems that are detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided by law.

To facilitate this process, we recommend a few points to check at the time of delivery:
1. Check if the packaging is in perfect condition;
2. Check that the product complies with the order made and that it has no visible defects.

Koa 'n Siya accepts returns for products that do not match the customer's initial request. Koa 'n Siya will ship a new product after receiving the damaged one. 

Koa 'n Siya does not accept exchanges or returns of products in good condition or products that match the customer's initial request.

Order cancellation

The Customer may only cancel his order if it has not yet been paid for and is not yet in process.


Electronic invoice

To issue an invoice, the Customer must add his taxpayer number in the field "Notes / NIF for invoice" on the previous page of payments.

Warranty Disclaimer

Koa 'n Siya products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Koa 'n Siya products are not medically or cosmetically certified.

Koa 'n Siya r recommends always an allergy test and consult a physician/dermatologist if the Customer deems it necessary prior to use. We take no responsibility for allergic reactions.


Suggestions and complaints 

The opinion of our customers is very important to us, as it allows us to improve the services we provide. So, if for some reason our customers are not satisfied with them, or if they have any suggestions, we appreciate you taking a few minutes to report any situation, preferably by sending a message to 

If the complaint is related to a specific order, customers have 14 days from receipt of the order to contact, reporting the problem detected. 

If the customer has received a defective or damaged product, or if the product received is different from the one the customer actually ordered, he will have to attach a video to his complaint or at least some photographs in which it is clearly visible whether the problem detected, wants the status of the box in which the order was delivered to you. 

The customer must also keep in his possession, until further notice from Koa 'n Siya, either the defective, damaged or exchanged product, or the respective box of the order.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the Alternative Dispute Resolution entities identified on the consumer portal, on the website , or to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution entities identified on the website .

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided herein, and any and all claims and disputes relating thereto and/or the Services, will be governed, interpreted and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal laws of Portugal, without respect its conflicts of legal principles. Any and all claims and disputes will be presented, and the User consents to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Lisbon. 

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Koa 'n Siya declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered.


These General Conditions have been updated and entered into force on October 08th, 2023.
