Scraping the tongue with copper is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that has been shown to be effective in removing bacteria, food debris, fungi, toxins and dead cells from the surface of the tongue, which accumulate on the surface of the tongue overnight.

Copper is naturally antimicrobial and antibacterial, as well as providing vital enzymes that promote the survival of good bacteria and other important microbes in your mouth, making therefore the best material for the tongue scraper.
